Based on our commitment to customer satisfaction we want to ensure our Returns Policy is fair and clearly understood by our customers. We hope that you will shop with confidence knowing our obligation to you.
With proof of purchase
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we are happy to provide you with a store credit which must be redeemed within 3 months of the original purchase.
If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a store credit.
Without proof of purchase
Unfortunately Plus Size Style cannot give you a store credit without proof of purchase.
Please note: A request for a store credit must be done within 14 days of your original purchase.
